What services do you provide?
We provide Wedding & PreWedding Photography & Cinematography services. That is, we provide you with the photographs & video of your wedding & PreWedding day. We also provide Wedding & PreWedding Albums/Coffee table books.
What is your style of Wedding photography?
Photojournalistic (candid) is our dominant style of shooting. However, we also shoot in traditional style (Posed). To know more about our Photography style, check this out.
Do you also offer Wedding videos?
Yes , We offer Wedding videos. We mostly shoot Cinematic wedding videos that have feel of a movie. However, we also provide traditional wedding videography. Want to know the difference between the two? Read here.
Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, we do not. You don’t want images of you or your guests with closed eyes, weird facial expressions or out of focus subjects. There are test shots as well that photographers take before taking the actual shot. We take huge efforts to make a final selection of photographs based on technical & aesthetical soundness. This final selection is then delivered to you.
Do you do destination weddings?Are there any additional charges?
Yes, We do destination Weddings. There are no additional charges for the shoot. However, we need you to arrange for our travel to the destination & accomodation there.
What is your pricing ? Do you have packages? Can you make a custom package for us?
We make a custom package for you based on your requirements. Request your custom package here.
What are your terms of payment?
We require you to put a 60% initial deposit to secure the date, 40% is to be paid on the day of the shoot/event. Post-processing of the images and video will begin only after the payment is completed.
What are terms & conditions for cancellation?
If you cancel 1 month or earlier to shoot date, you will get 50% of the deposit amount refunded. After that, no refund is made.
How early should we book?
We start to get booked very early. A lot of couples book us as early as 6-8 months before the wedding. Book us as soon as your wedding date is confirmed as sometimes there are 4000+ weddings happening on the same date in a city in India! Also, keeping ample time between booking & wedding day will help in planning your Wedding Photography in the best way possible.
Where are you based?
We are based out of Navi Mumbai & Mumbai. We also shoot all over India & abroad for destination weddings.

How do we book you?
It’s a two step process : 1) Make payment 2) Sign the contract. You will receive a booking confirmation email once you have successfully completed these two steps.
Will you upload our Wedding images/ video online?
In the current day & age, the way for people to see our work is through digital media. That’s why we may upload the images/ video online, including our website, social media, competition entry & relevant work showcase platforms. These images & videos will not be used for any commercial purpose. If you do not want us to display images/video online, an additional 25% of bill amount will be charged.
Who owns the copyright to these images/videos?
The Phototurtle Wedding photographers hold the copyright to all the images/ videos. Clients will be given usage & printing rights.
When can we expect delivery of images, video & album?
You can expect your final images and the wedding film in about 6-10 weeks from the day the total payment is made by you & received in our account. For the album, you need to make a selection of images from the final set of images delivered to you. Once you inform us on that, the album delivery will take around 4-5 weeks.
